七叶皂甙钠治疗耳鼻咽喉头颈部放疗后肿胀临床应用体会 被引量:1

摘要 局部软组织肿胀是耳鼻咽喉-头颈部肿瘤放疗后最常见的局部并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量。我科于2007年1月-2009年12月,用七叶皂甙钠静脉注射治疗耳鼻咽喉-头颈部肿瘤放疗后软组织肿胀并发症21例,疗效较为显著,
