宫腔镜治疗Robert子宫一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者12岁，因经期腹痛半年逐渐加重于2010年12月13日人院。患者11岁时月经初潮，周期规律，经期5～6d、周期30d，半年前出现经期腹痛，渐加重，多家医院就诊未明确诊断而转入本院，末次月经为2010年11月25日。入院查体：一般情况好，全腹软，无压痛。直肠一腹部诊：外阴发育好，单个阴道口，
