城市旧居住社区外部空间环境更新研究

Study on Rebuilding and Renewing Environment Outside of Old Urban Residence

文章针对我国居住社区外部空间环境存在的问题,指出恢复公共空间的活力与吸引力是旧居住社区外部空间环境更新改造的主要目标。提出了更新改造群体外部空间、建立室内外空间的联系、扩充与改变公共空间、规划与整治室外环境等关于城市旧居住社区外部空间环境更新的策略。

In view of existing situation of the outside space and environment of old residential quarters. this thesis points out recovering activity and attraction of neighborhood is the main target in renewing the outside space of old residential quarters. This thesis also points out some tactics of renewing the outside space of old residential quarters, such as recovering the outside space of residence group, building relation between inside and outside space, expanding and changing the public space, planning and renovating outside environment.
