The evaluation system of the ＂Best University Counselor＂ is the key link in building a contingent of high quality university ideological and political counselors.Based on the design and implementation of the present evaluating system,our research has explored profoundly the theoretical ideas,evaluating methods,and the problems encountered,aiming to provide effective suggestion on improving and perfecting the system.
