酸敏感性离子通道及相关疾病

摘要 酸敏感离子通道(ASICs)是一类由胞外H+激活的阳离子通道,对Ca2+或Na+具有通透性,分布亦具有特异性。目前已发现的7个ASICs亚基在视觉、学习记忆、树突发育等过程中有重要的生理作用。同时,它们还参与某些病理反应,与缺血性脑损伤、腰椎间盘突出症、肿瘤、类风湿性关节炎、心绞痛、癫痫等疾病密切相关,并为这些疾病的治疗提供了新的潜在靶标。现就ASICs的结构、生理功能,以及相关的一些疾病进行综述。 Acid-sensing ion channels(ASICs)are cation channels activated by extracelluar H+,permeable to Ca2+ or Na+,specifically distributed.The 7 subunits of ASICs family have been cloned,which play important roles in some physiological process,such as visual sense,learning and memory,and dendric development etc..Furthermore,ASICs participate in some pathological reactions,closely related to hypoxic-ischemic brain damage,lumbar disc herniation,tumor,rheumatoid arthritis,angina,epilepsy and so on,which provides new potential targets for the treatments of these diseases.Here is to make a review on the structure,physiological functions and related diseases of ASICs.
