摘要 抑郁症严重威胁着人类的身心健康,对其发病机制的探索尤为重要。越来越多的证据显示抑郁症的发生与免疫因素(尤其是细胞因子)存在着密切的联系。现重点讨论细胞因子作用于中枢神经系统的途径,及细胞因子诱导抑郁症的生物学机制。其机制分为三个方面:细胞因子对下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴、神经传递(5-羟色胺、多巴胺、谷氨酸)、神经元再生的影响。 Depression is severely threatening people′s physical and mental well-being,so it is extremely important to uncover the pathogenesis of depression.More and more evidences indicate that there is close relationship between the depression and immune factors(especially cytokines).This review discusses pathways in which cytokines affect the central nervous system and focuses on the biological pathogenesis of cytokine-induced depression.The section of pathogenesis is divided into three parts:effects of cytokines on hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis,neurotransmission(5-hydroxytryptamine,dopamine and glutamate)and neurogenesis.
