Application and Research of Quality of Life Questionnaires of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)具有高患病率、高复发率及高病死率的特点。COPD严重影响患者的生命质量,COPD生命质量量表是对个人或群体的躯体功能、心理情绪和社会适应的一个综合测量,越来越多地被用于病情及疗效评判指标。COPD生命质量量表在衡量COPD病情轻重、评价药物治疗及长期家庭氧疗等方面具有积极作用。在此对COPD患者生命质量量表研究及在临床中的应用价值情况进行综述。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）has the characteristics of high prevalence,high recurrence,and high mortality rate.COPD seriously affects the quality of life.The questionnaire of quality of life,as a comprehensive survey on individuals or group physical functions,psychological and social adaptation,is more and more used as a disease and efficacy evaluation indicators.The COPD questionnaire has a positive effect in the measure of the severity of the disease,the evaluation of drug treatment,long term oxygen therapy and so on.Here is to review the questionnaires of quality of life and clinical application value in patients with COPD.
