Causes for Retrograde Peri-implantitis and the Treatment Options

摘要 逆行性种植体周围炎是导致种植牙失败的原因之一。逆行性种植体周围炎发病原因尚未明确,但众多学者发现其与种植术区的感染和种植窝预备时大量的产热等因素具有相关性。目前,针对逆行性种植体周围炎的治疗,多采用彻底去除种植体根尖区的感染物同时应用引导骨再生膜技术。因此,在知晓了逆行性种植体周围炎的相关病因和治疗方法后,可为其的预防和治疗提供积极的指导作用。 At present,retrograde peri-implantitis is one of the causes of the dental implant failure.Though the etiology of retrograde peri-implantitis is still unclear,many scholars have found some related factors,such as infection of the implant region,massive heat generated during preparing implant bed and other relevant factors.Currently complete removal of periapical implant lesion and use of guided bone regeneration technology are mostly adopted for retrograde peri-implantitis treatment.Therefore,in the light of understanding of the related etiology and treatments,effective guidance for the prevention and treatment can be provided.
