强迫症是以无法控制的强迫观念和强迫行为为特征的神经质性障碍,常常影响个人生活,并对社会家庭有负面影响。儿童强迫症是一种常见的儿童情绪障碍,也是强迫症的一个亚型,由于其特殊的病因、临床表现、治疗和预后受到越来越多的关注。现对近年来国内外关于儿童强迫障碍药物治疗的研究方法及进展予以综述,以期指导临床用药。

Obsessive compulsive disorder is a nervous disordor characterized by uncontrolled compulsive thoughts and behaviors,affecting individual lives and impacting families and the community.Due to the etiology,clinical presentation,treatment and prognosis,childhood obsessive compulsive disorder to be a subtype of childhood emotional disorder has been more concerned.The main treatment to children obsessive compulsive disorder is the pharmacotherapy.Here is to review the progress in pharmacotherapy of children obsessive compulsive disorder at home and abroad in recent years to guide clinical medication.
