摘要
功能磁共振成像近年来发展迅速,已广泛应用于脑的高级认知功能研究领域。有关语言的该类研究,遵循语言的处理过程可分为单词、句子、语法处理三类。对语音和语义的研究表明,语音和语义在处理过程存在交错,在大脑同一区域中可以既具有语音功能又同时具有语义功能。图片命名的功能磁共振激活脑区主要包括枕叶外侧、左颞叶中下回及双侧梭状回区域。通过进行不同种类图片的对比研究,可探索言语的单个要素所特异性激活的相应脑功能区,以进一步研究语言形成的机制。
Functional magnetic resonance imaging developed rapidly in recent years,which has been widely used in high-level research of cognitive function.The research concerning language are categorized into three groups including words,sentences and grammar following the language processing course.The studies for phonological and semantic processing find that their cortical areas are mutually inclusive.The based activation areas induced by naming tasks include the bilateral lateral occipital gyrus,middle and inferior frontal gyrus of the left brain,middle and inferior temporal gyrus of the left brain,as well as the bilateral fusiform gyrus.Through the comparative functional magnetic resonance imaging study of different types of picture tasks,we are capable of exploring cortical areas of language-specific element activation to further study the language formation mechanism.
