自制降黏活血胶囊改善血流变学疗效观察

Improvement Effect of the Self-prepared Jiangnian-Huoxue Capsules on Abnormal Hemorheological Parameters

目的观察自制中药降黏活血胶囊对血液流变学的影响。方法 115例血流变异常患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用降黏活血胶囊加西药治疗,对照组只给予西药治疗,4周后复查血流变进行对比。结果治疗组治疗后血流变学指标异常明显改善(血液黏稠度、总胆固醇、三酰甘油明显下降),与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01),且有协同降压作用。结论自制中药降黏活血胶囊对血液流变学异常治疗作用明显。

Objective To observe the improvement effect of the self-prepared Jiangnian-Huoxue capsules on abnormal hemorheological parameters.Methods 115 cases of patients with abnormal hemorheological parameters were randomly assigned into two groups,namely the treatment group and the control group.The patients of treatment group were given combination therapy with the self-prepared Jiangnian-Huoxue capsules plus ordinary chemotherapy,while the patients of control group received only ordinary chemotherapy.Four weeks later,hemorheological parameters from both groups were evaluated and the differences between these two groups were determined.Results The abnormal hemorheological parameters in treatment group were improved significantly compared with those in control group（Blood viscosity,total cholesterol and triglycerides declined obviously）,and the combination therapy could reduce blood pressure as well.Conclusion The self-prepared Jiangnian-Huoxue capsules can improve the abnormal hemorheological parameters significantly.
