摘要
目的建立一种可靠、稳定的大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞脑缺血/再灌注模型(MCAO/R)的制备方法。方法 32只SD大鼠随机分为手术组(20只)和假手术组(12只),模型制作后检测神经功能缺失评分,氯化苯四氮唑染色观察大鼠脑梗死面积。结果改良后的大鼠MCAO/R制作成功率为75%,神经功能评分以及脑梗死面积均较稳定。结论改良的大鼠MCAO/R是一种稳定性好、可重复率高的大鼠脑缺血/再灌注模型。
Objective To set up a stabilized and reliable rat model of MCAO/R(Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion/reperfusion).Methods 32 SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:experimental group(20cases)and control group(12cases).24h after MCAO/R,the brain sections were stained by TTC,the area of infarct and neurological deficit were monitored.Results In the experimental group,the successful rate of execution was 75%,the neurological deficit and area of infarct were stable.Conclusion The modified model of MCAO/R is an ideal animal model with better stabilization and higher reproducibility for studying brain ischemia/reperfusion.
