摘要
数据挖掘是近几年发展起来的一种对信息资源进行开发和数据处理的新技术,而关联规则则是数据挖掘的核心技术。将关联规则应用于图书馆的流通数据,可以发现读者在借阅文献的过程中隐含的学科之间的关联,这对提高图书馆资源的利用率和为读者提供个性化服务有重要意义。本文从关联规则的定义入手,通过案例分析,阐述了关联规则数据挖掘在图书馆藏书建设中具有重要的意义。
Data mining is a new technology aiming at resource developing and data processing. Association Rules are the key technology of data mining. With the application of the association rule to the libraries＇book circulation data,the concealed relations among the data could be uncovered. This can be used in improving resource utilization and offering ersonalized services for readers.
