来曲唑用于45例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者促排卵临床疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨来曲唑(LE)对多囊卵巢综合征不孕妇女促排卵的影响。方法将多囊卵巢综合征导致不孕的45例患者分为(2.5mg/d)LE+HMG、(5mg/d)LE+HMG、(2.5mg/d)LE、(5mg/d)LE四组,比较其促排卵效果。结果来曲唑可有效用于促排卵。来曲唑半衰期短,通过外周和中枢两方面发挥促排卵作用,无类似氯米酚的抗雌激素作用,促排卵效果好。结论来曲唑治疗不孕症效果良好,且5mg/d用量比2.5mg/d效果好。 Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of ovulation induction of Letrozole for infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 45 patients of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into four groups : ( 5 mg/d) LE + HMG, ( 5 mg/d) LE + HMG, (.2. 5 mg/d ) LE , ( 5 mg/d ) LE. The effect of ovulation induction were compared. Results Letrozole can used to promote ovulation effectively. Letrozole with short half - life play role through both central and peripheral without similar urge oviposit of chlorine meters anti - estrogen effects. Conclusion Letrozole has good effect in the treatment of infertility, and effect of 5 mg/d is better than that of 2.5 mg/d.
