17例便秘患者动态排粪造影分析

Analysis of dynamic defecography in 17 cases of constipation

目的探讨动态排粪造影在功能性出口梗阻性便秘检查中的诊断价值。方法采用数字胃肠机对便秘患者进行动态排粪造影检查,选用4帧/s的采集速度数字化摄影,然后对直肠-肛管动态变化进行分析、测量。结果 17例便秘患者中出现直肠前突者16例,肛管狭窄1例,直肠前突患者合并盆底肌痉挛12例,合并耻骨直肠肌肥厚4例,合并直肠黏膜脱垂者2例,合并会阴下降者2例,合并内脏下垂者1例。结论动态排粪造影对便秘患者的病因分析具有重要作用。

Objective To explore the value of dynamic defecography to diagnose constipation with obstuction of function exit.Methods Seventeen cases were studied by dynamic defecography under the detection of digital gastromachine,the speed was 4 pieces per second of digital photography,and then the dynamic change of anal canal and rectum were analyzed and measured.Results In 17 cases with constipation,there were 16 cases with rectocele,1 case with narrow anal canal,there were 12 cases combining spastic pelvic floor muscle,4 cases combining puborectal pachynsis,2 cases combining rectal mucosal prolapse,2 cases combining descending perineum syndrome and 1 case combining splanchnoptosis.Conclusion Dynamic defecography is very important to analyze the cause of constipation.
