陕西工业化与城市化互动关系的实证研究

The Study on the Correlation Between the Industrialization and the Urbanization in Shaanxi Province

文章用计量经济统计软件对陕西省的经济社会数据做了统计分析,总结出在工业化与城市化进程中二者的互动关系和总体特征。工业化对城市化的贡献率较小,而城市化对工业化的贡献率较大。认为目前影响陕西工业化与城市化协调发展的根本原因在于工业结构的不合理,工业的高产值与低就业相矛盾在于工业资本密集化和偏重化。指出应当积极培育发展第三产业,提高非农人口就业比例,发展地方特色经济,创建特色城市。

Based on the empirical analysis with the econometrics sottware Eviews6. 0 about me mutual function between industrialization and urbanization in Shaanxi province, we find out that industrialization has weak effect on the urbanization, but urbanization has strong effect on industrialization. This conclusion shows Shaanxi province emphasized on the chemical heavy industry but with lower employment rate in the past. It is the irrational industry structure that causes the in harmony and abnormality between them. The government should cultivate the 3rd industry and enhance the employment rate of non--agriculture people by development of the native economy and characteristic city.
