Urethral hairy-rubble disease after reconstruction of penis and its treatment

目的:探索毛石症手术治疗的方法,总结手术治疗体会。方法:采用尿道提升中段2cm纵行切口,在取出毛石同时清除尿道内残余毛发,缩窄已扩张尿道。结果:取出一粒结石有8例,二粒结石有2例,三粒结石有1例,其中最大的结石有4.5cm×2.0cm大小,患者术后排尿通畅,无堵塞感,排尿后在尿道提升段内的尿液残留明显减少。结论:毛石症只能依靠手术来解决,而且在完整取出毛石的同时,破坏残留毛囊和缩窄尿道是防止毛石再次发生的重要举措。

Objective To explore the surgical technique of urethral hairy-rubble disease after reconstruction of penis and summarize the experience of surgical treatment.Methods About 2 cm vertical incision was performed at the middle of the lengthening urethra.After the hairy-rubble was removed,the remnants of hair within the urethra was cleared and the expanded urethra was constricted.Results One hairy-rubble were removed in 8 cases,two in 2 cases and three in 1 case.One of the largest hairy-rubble was about 4.5cm ×2.0cm.After operation,all patients＇ urination was unobstructed without the sense of congestion.And residual urine in the lengthening urethra significantly reduced after urination.Conclusion Surgery is a good method to treat urethral hairy-rubble disease after reconstruction of penis.The important techniques to prevent rubble recurrence are destruction of residual hair follicles and constriction of the expanded urethra as well as a thorough removal of hairy-rubble.
