摘要
目的:探讨手外伤后关节移植再造术后的护理要点。方法:回顾性分析2006年～2009年49例手外伤患者的临床资料,对手术后的护理方法进行总结。结果:49例手外伤患者经关节移植再造术以及术后精心护理,预后良好。结论:加强手外伤患者手术后的临床观察及护理,对提高手术治疗效果,具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the nursing care after hand joint graft and reconstructive operation.Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of hand injury patients in 49 cases,between 2006 and 2009,summarized the postoperative nursing methods.Results 49 hand injury patients had good prognosis after hand joint graft,reconstructive operation and postoperative nursing care.Conclusion It is important that we strengthen postoperative clinical observation and nursing care of hand injury patients to improve treatment effectiveness.
