获得性免疫缺陷综合征合并巨细胞病毒视网膜炎的高效抗逆转录病毒治疗
摘要
高效抗逆转录病毒治疗（HAART）能重建机体对巨细胞病毒（CMV）在内的许多病原的免疫反应，不仅可以减少包括CMV视网膜炎在内的CMV感染性疾病的危险，还可以延长获得性免疫缺陷综合征患者的生存期，提高生存率。但有必要加强HAART期间患者的免疫重建炎症综合征的监护。
