摘要
利用生死单元法建立了2024铝合金薄板光纤激光焊接和TIG焊接的有限元模型,对比研究了自由焊和拘束焊条件下的焊接变形特征及规律,结果发现激光焊接和TIG焊接铝合金薄板的变形特征均为垂直焊缝方向为角变形,平行焊缝方向为挠曲变形,其中TIG焊的焊接变形量显著大于光纤激光焊。基于激光三角测距原理建立了焊件变形测量装置,并对焊缝方向和垂直于焊缝方向的变形进行了测量。结果表明,去除夹具约束后薄板焊件会在应力作用下进一步发生变形,最终焊接变形量的计算结果与实验测量结果吻合较好。
A fintie element model for laser welding and TIG welding of 2024 aluminum alloy was developed by using the birth-death element method,and the welding deformations of the laser welding 2024 aluminum alloy sheets and the TIG welding 2024 aluminum alloy sheets in unconstrained conditions and constraint conditions were investigated,respectively.It was found that the deformations of the 2024 aluminum alloy sheets obtained by laser welding and TIG welding were all angular distortion normal to the welding direction and flexural deformation parallel to the welding direction.It was also found that the deformations of the sheets obtained by TIG welding are much larger than those obtained by laser welding.Further,a device was developed to measure the deformations of the welding sheets based on the laser triangulation,and the deformations normal to the welding direction and parallel to the welding direction were measured.It was found that the deformations of the sheets increased after the removal of the clamps.The simulations agreed well with the experimental results.
