摘要
以NEL-2000轴快流CO_2激光器为例,从谐振腔的设计、部件加工、部件及整体装配等几方面出发,研究造成谐振腔折叠偏差的可能原因:并运用几何光学原理,分析了单折腔轴快流CO_2激光器的双折反镜结构,分别提出了两块折反镜必须且应该具备的调节功能,给出了一种全可调折反镜与半可调折反镜相组合的折反镜结构设计方案。试验结果表明,在一定的机械加工精度误差和装配误差范围内,该方案可以消除由于部件的机械加工和装配而产生的误差。
The paper researches the problem of the deviation about single-folded cavity of NEL-2000 fast axial flow CO2 laser by design, processing and assembly. The paper analyzes the double-mirror structure about single-folded cavity of the fast axial flow CO2 laser using of geometric optics, proposes the regulatory function that the two mirrors must be, and gives a schematic design of the double-mirror structure. The testing results show that the schematic design can eliminate the deviation coming from processing and assembly.
