摘要
运用CCD拍摄被测物体三维大位移的数字图像,由MATLAB软件分析图像,并由计算机自动处理得到被测物上各测点的坐标,并将测量数据可视化,演示被测物体位移变化的过程。该系统可用于测量物体动态变化的大位移,测量范围广,实验中位移由1 mm至90 mm,测量不确定度优于1.5%。
Study on measurement for measuring large displacement of three-dimension by use of CCD. Based on the MATLAB, a software of a digital image processing, the large displacements of every light point of tested object may be obtained with the help of parameters of the optical system. In the computer, an image can display every displacement of the tested object. It has an immediate effect to reveal the state of the whole object. This system has wide measuring range. Experimental results show that the range of large displacement can be measured from 1 mm to 90 mm. The uncertainty is less than 1.5%.
