电子束焊机用高压直流电源的研究

摘要 这里给出电子束在束腔内的运动方程并得出解,分析了其运动时的发散情况与加速电压性能间的关系。针对国内应用于电子束焊机的高压直流电源的发展现状,研制了一台基于串联谐振变换技术和多模块串联叠加技术的大功率高频高压直流电源的工程样机,此样机实现了输出电压连续可调和稳定的过流过压保护,以及开关管IGBT工作在软开关状态,有效减小了开关损耗和电磁干扰(EMI),并且利用其固有的特性阻抗,提高了抗短路能力。实验结果表明,所研制的电源能达到80 kV/15 kW输出,其性能满足电子束焊接装置的要求。 The solution of electron beam motion equation in the welding equipment is presented, and the influences on the beam spot diameter by the capability of power supply are analyzed.Analysing the development situation of DC high voltage,which make application for the electron beam welder in the domestic.A DC highpower,high-frequency and high-voltage engineering prototype machine which based on series-resonant transforms technique and multi-modules se ries superposition technique is developed.This prototype realizes the continuous adjustable output voltage,stable over voltage protection and over-current protection, as well as the switch tube IGBT work in the soft switch state, thus can effectively reduce switch loss and electromagnetic interference (EMI), and make use of its inherent impedance charac teristic to improve the capability of anti-short-circuit.The experimental result shows that the developed power can put 80 kV/15 kW, and also satisfy the requirements of the electron beam welding device.
