摘要
为了克服输入定子侧的低次谐波和控制复杂的问题,提出了基于自关断器件的新型软启动。与传统晶闸管控制的软启动不同,由于采用了自关断器件,新型软启动的控制简单,开关器件的触发信号不需要与主电路同步。利用专家PID方案,保证了系统的快速性和准确性。最后通过实验验证了新型软启动的正确性。
To overcome the problems of large lower-order harmonics and slow response associated with conventional thyristor controlled vohage,the new soft starter based on self-commutated switches is proposed.Different from the thyrisorized soft-starters preyiously reported in the literature, the gating signals of the proposed topology are easier to implement.Moreover, it does not require synchronization with the AC mains circuit.In order to ensure the system's real-time performance and stability, the expert PID is worked as the core of the control system.The experimental resuits prove the validity of the new soft-starter.
