摘要
分析研究了一种两级式电流滞环控制逆变器的电路结构及其工作原理,该电路由前级交错并联双管正激直流变换器与后级电流滞环控制逆变器级联而成。讨论了前级部分的控制方式对变换器效率的影响,给出了滞环宽度和输出滤波电感等关键电路参数的选取与设计方法,优化设计并研制了一台原理样机。实验表明,两级式电流滞环控制逆变器具有控制简单、动态响应速度快、抗短路能力强、变换效率高、可靠性高等优点。
The topology structure and its operation principle of a two-stage DC/AC inverter with hysteresis current control are analyzed and studied, which is cascaded by an interleaving paralleled dual-switch forward converter and a hysteresis current controlled inverter.The optimal control method for the front stage is discussed, the selections for key circuit parameters are given,and a prototype is designed and manufactured.The experimental results show that twostage DC/AC inverter with hysteresis current control has advantages of simple control, fast dynamic response, strong ability of anti-short-circuit, high efficiency and high reliability.
