摘要
为解决三电平有源电力滤波器(APF)存在的死区影响问题,对死区效应产生的机理进行了详细分析,对不同的死区时间及不同开关状态条件下死区对APF输出的影响进行了研究。针对因存在死区使逆变器输出补偿电流波形在幅值和相位上产生偏差的问题,提出了通过电流极性判断的电流反馈型死区补偿方法,有效地解决了死区给有源滤波系统带来的补偿效果降低问题,实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of dead-time of the active power filters (APF), the dead-time effect, and the impact of the APF output for different time and different switching state of dead-time are studied and analyzed.In order to avoid damage to power switching devices, a few seconds of dead-time must be inserted in the switching signals to prevent a short circuit.By adopting current feedback compensation method, the PWM pulse widened or compressed by dead-time period can be compressed or widened,thus effectively compensating dead-time effect.Finally the experimental results indicate that the APF system can provide the required signals to perform filtering and compensation.
