心血管疾病：类风湿关节炎患者不可忽视的隐形杀手 被引量：3

摘要 类风湿关节炎（rheumatoidarthritis，RA）患者以关节表现为主，长期以来RA心血管疾病未引起足够的关注，在国内对RA高发心血管疾病尚存在怀疑。目前大量研究表明RA增加心血管疾病的发生率和病死率风险，在校正年龄、性别后RA心血管事件的发生率为普通人群的3．96倍。RA患者高发心血管疾病是不容怀疑和争论的。
