摘要
在此提出一种移相控制方法,该方法通过控制两个逆变器间的移相来有效控制和调节逆变电源的输出功率,同时利用LLC谐振电路特点,采用两个LLC电压型谐振逆变器并联的形式提高电源容量,推导出了移相角度与品质因数、电感比之间的关系公式,并对三者的关系进行了仿真分析,同时利用VHDL语言设计了数字锁相控制部分,并进行了仿真实验。最后设计了移相控制两个LLC电压型逆变电源实验样机,给出实验结果,验证了设计的可行性。
This paper proposes a novel approach to control and regulate the inverter output power by controlling the phase-shift between twoinverters.Two parallel connection LLC voltage-fed resonant inverters are adopted to improve power capacity, using the characteristics of the LLC resonant circuit.The relation formula between the phase angle and Qp,β are deduced and a simulation analysis is carried out.The digital phase lock control section is designed by using VHDL.A prototype of two parallel connection LLC voltage-fed resonant inverters is designed and validated.The simu- lation and experimental results are presented and prove the validity of the design.
