基于Sepic与Flyback集成的LED驱动器设计

摘要 提出一种新型照明用LED驱动器结构SF-SPS,该结构将Sepic有源功率因数校正(APFC)与Flyback降压变换器合成,从而达到了节约成本、提高系统可靠性及效率的目的。在此给出了SF-SPS的理论分析及设计过程,并进行了仿真研究和实验验证。设计了一款100 W的实验样机,其功率因数可达0.99,电网电压220 V时,效率为85%。 A novel LED driver called SF-SPS for street lighting is proposed, which is intergrate the Sepic APFC and the Flyback converter so as to decrease the cost and improve the reliability and efficiency of the system.The theoreti- cal analysis and design procedures of the proposed system are proposed and discussed.Simulation and experimental studies with 100 W prototype are done to validate the theoretical analysis.And in the experiment,the power factor of the system is 0.99,the efficiency is 85% with 220 input voltage.
