摘要
Z源逆变器由直通状态到非直通状态转换时逆变桥母线电压会产生振荡。针对上述现象,在考虑Z源逆变器主回路杂散电感的基础上,建立了等效分布参数模型,并通过仿真分析了杂散电感对母线电压的影响规律。在此基础上,采用低感性的平面母线技术并选择低感电容来抑制母线电压振荡。在一台5 kW基于Z源逆变器电动汽车电机控制器上进行实验。实验结果表明,所提方案对抑制Z源逆变器母线电压振荡具有有效性。
The oscillation of bus bar voltage in Z-source inverter will occurrence when state of Z-source inverter changes from the shoot-through state to non-shoot-through state.And Z-source inverter by considering stray parame- ters, an equivalent distributed parameter model of Z-source inverter is built, the effects of stray parameters on the bus bar voltage oscillation are analyzed through the simulation.Then the bus bar technique and low inductance capacitance are used to suppress the oscillation of the bus bar voltage, and the experiment is carried on the 5 kW automotive Z- source inverter, and the results show that the technique can suppress the oscillation of Z-source inverter effectively.
