摘要
目的研究纳米银/聚乳酸复合材料(AgNPs/PLLA)对ICU导管术感染耐药菌的杀灭效果。方法使用单纯PLLA膜和AgNPs/PLLA复合膜,与金葡菌、大肠杆菌体外培养,通过平板法、扫描电镜等研究其抑菌效果。结果 AgNPs/PLLA能够显著降低细菌的生存率,并且对大肠杆菌的效果优于金葡菌(P<0.05)。结论可开发具有AgNPs/PLLA涂层的抗菌导管来降低ICU插管相关感染。
Objective To investigate the efficiency of AgNPs/PLLA in inhibiting drug-resistant bacteria on ICU catheterization.Methods S.aureus and E.coli were cultured in vitro with PLLA and AgNPs/PLLA membranes.The efficiency of inhibiting drug-resistent bacteria was studied by flat plate and SEM.Results The survival rate of the bacteria cultured with AgNPs/PLLA was decreased significantly,which of E.coli was more than that of S.aureus(P〈0.05).Conclusion The development of catheter with AgNPs/PLLA could be made to reduce catheter-related infection in ICU.
