乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检（sentinel lymph node hiopsy, SLNB）技术诞生于20世纪90年代，它可以使腋淋巴结阴性的患者免行腋淋巴结清扫（axillary lymph node dissection，ALND），从而避免了由ALND术引起的一系列并发症，如患侧上肢水肿、肩关节运动障碍、前臂内侧麻木、疼痛等。
