基于边界理论剖析体育教学决策权

摘要 随着体育教育课程的不断改革与发展,体育教育理念的与时俱进,对体育教师的标准要求更加严格,其思维方式和教学决策权更需要以理性的态度去对待,以"以生为本"的人性关怀来审视,从边界视角,通过文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析等方法,对体育教学决策权的边界从伦理边界和能力边界、法律边界和制度边界、社会边界和心理边界进行阐释。结果表明体育教学决策权是作为体育教师专业自主权的具体体现,具有合法性和合理性,二者是辩证统一、相互渗透和融合,同时体育教师教学决策权具有一定的相对性和延展性,具有其本身行使的体育区域和体育边界。通过对体育教学决策权边界的剖析,使得我们对体育教学决策权的理性认识,更加有利于我们对体育教学决策权的利用向人性化的方向发展,从而更好地提升教育教学质量的内涵意义。 With the constant innovation and development oi physical educatlon teaclalng curnculum ana me advance of physical education teaching idea, the standard with physical education teachers become more strictly,and their consideration and decision-making power should be treated rationally. From a humane viewpoint, by a boundary perspective and through the means of literature review, interview and logic anal- ysis,this paper makes explanation on physical education teaching decision-making power. It is indicated that the physical education teacher decision-making power is the embodiment of the teacher~ s autonomy and has the legitimacy and rational, which are dialectal and permutable;meaning while, the teacher's deci- sion-making power is characterized by relativity and extension, having the sports zone and boundary in its own right. Through the analysis of the physical education teacher's boundary, we can better know the teacher's decision-making power from a reasonable point view, facilitate a humane development as far as the use of the power and enhance the significance of improving teaching quality.
