摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和比较法等,对不同历史时期中国竞技体育后备人才培养目标进行理论分析,目的在于探讨如何科学制定新时期中国竞技体育后备人才培养目标并完善目标的执行。研究认为,竞技体育后备人才培养是一项有目的的活动过程,计划经济时期,我国竞技体育后备人才培养目标是以提高竞技能力为主,目标维度较为单一。转型期,后备人才培养主体多样化发展,培养目标呈现出多元化和多层次性特征,但目标体系耦合不够,执行力不强。基于目标关联维度,未来中国竞技体育后备人才培养目标应做到在时间、空间、途径和效益上的统一;同时加强目标的执行,理顺各级培养主体及其管理机构的职责及其相互间的关系,以确保人才培养的正确方向。
Through using the method of literature review, expert interview and comparison, this paper makes theoretical analysis on reserve talents training goal in different period. The main purpose is to explore how to develop the reserve talents training target scientifically and improve the implementation of the target. The result shows that sport reserve talents training is one exercise process of targets. In planned economic systems period, the goal is by sharpens athletics ability primarily, reserve talents training target's thinking degree is comparatively unitary. In social transformation period, the reserve talents training target displays the diversification and the multiple echelons characteristic, the target system cou- pling is insufficient, the implementation is not strenuously strong. Due to the theory of target connected preserving degree, in the future, the reserve talents training target responds to the unification achieving on time, space, approach and beneficial result, and reinforce the target implementation force, straightens out all levels of raise main body and the management structure responsibility and the relations, and ensure talents training direction.
