A型肉毒毒素联合填充剂治疗鼻唇沟

Treatment of nasolabial folds with botulinum toxin type A and fillers

目的观察A型肉毒毒素联合软组织填充剂治疗鼻唇沟皱褶的临床疗效。方法针对鼻唇沟上端近鼻翼侧最隆起处，采用A型肉毒毒素小剂量单点浅层注射，同时联合填充剂在真皮深层和皮下浅层行双层次扇形注射填充，3～6个月后可重复注射。结果本组56例患者，随访3—6个月，有效随访51例患者，其中显效者46例（90．2％），有效者5例（9．8％）。所有患者注射后均无面部表情僵硬、局部臃肿等并发症发生。结论A型肉毒毒素联合填充剂注射用于治疗鼻唇沟。疗效确切，降低了使用单一药物的不良反应发生率，是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To observe the clinic effects of botulinum toxin type A （BTX-A） and fillers on the treatment of nasolabial folds. Methods The BTX-A was injected into the superior extremity of nasolabial folds near nasal ala by simple point and superficial injection and the fan-shaped injection of fillers were performed in deep layer of dermis and superficial layer of subcutaneous and re-injection can be performed after 3 to 6 months. Results Of 56 cases, 51 were followed up for 3 to 6 months. Among the 51 cases, excellent results were received in 46 cases （90.2%）, effect was in 5 cases （9.8%）. The complications such as facial expression stiffness and local fat and clumsy did not occur. Conclusion It is a safe, simply and effective method to treat nasolabial folds by injecting the BTX-A and fillers, the results were ideal with few complications.
