摘要
目的观察A型肉毒毒素与注射用透明质酸钠凝胶联合应用在眉间纹治疗中的临床应用效果。方法自2008年6月至2010年1月，对62例求美者的眉间纹进行联合治疗，首先根据眉间纹深浅程度及长短不同，在皮下及真皮深层均匀注射适量的透明质酸钠凝胶，按摩平整后，将A型肉毒毒素注射于眉间纹相关肌肉肌腹处。结果术后对62例求美者随访1～8个月，满意率达98．8％，无严重不良反应发生。结论A型肉毒毒素与软组织填充剂联合应用治疗眉间纹疗效确切，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of hyaluronic acid （HA） filling combined with botulinum toxin type A （BTX-A） injection on the treatment of glabellar lines. Methods From June 2008 to January 2010, 62 patients with glabellar lines were treated by the combined therapy in this study. Primarily, suitable volume HA was filled at the subcutaneous and dermal layer equably. Secondarily, BTX-A was injected at the appointed muscle belly. Results After 1 to 8 months follow-up in 62 cases, satisfactory results were received （98.8%） without severe postoperative complications. Conclusion Combined application of HA filling and BTX-A injection for the treatment of glabellar lines is safe and effect. It is worth spreading in clinic.
