七叶素治疗切开法重睑成形术后肿胀的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of aescin on edema after doubling eyelid operation by incision method

目的观察七叶素对切开法重睑成形术后软组织肿胀的消退过程的影响，并探讨其与临床疗效的关系。方法对400例患者行切开法重睑成形术后，随机分为对照组和实验组，各200例患者。实验组患者予以常规措施并加口服七叶素治疗，对照组患者仅常规治疗。分别在术后3、5、7d测定上睑及周围组织肿胀程度，并对其进行评分。结果术后3、5、7d，实验组患者上睑及周围组织肿胀程度的评分明显低于对照组（P〈0．01），术后7d，实验组术区无肿胀的显效治愈率为86％，对照组术区无肿胀的显效治愈率为61％，其差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论七叶素能有效缓解切开法重睑成形术后眼周肿胀程度，且有效加快组织肿胀消退，值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of aescin on soft issue edema ＇after doubling eyelid operation by incision method. Methods Four hundred cases who underwent the doubling eyelid operation by incision method were divided randomly into two groups, as the experimental group （ A, 200 cases） and the control group （ B, 200 eases）. The cases in Group A were treated with conventional treatment and aescin and those in Group B were administered conventional treatment respectively. The degree of edema in the upper eyelid and its surrounding tissue were evaluated at 3, 5 and 7 days postoperatively. Results Compared with the control group, the degree of edema at 3, 5, 7 days postoperatively in the experimental group was lower （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the rate of excellent treatment of edema was 86% in the experimental group and 61% in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups by statistics analysis （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The oral administration of aescin could relieve effectively and rapidly edema around eyes after doubling eyelid operation by incision method. It is worth spreading in clinic.
