改良M成形联合重睑成形术矫正内眦赘皮

Correction of epicanthusby double eyelid operation combined with modified M-shaped epicanthoplasty

目的探讨改良M成形联合重睑成形术矫正内眦赘皮的手术效果。方法自2008年12月至2011年3月，笔者对69例单睑合并内眦赘皮的患者行改良M成形法，并同期行重睑成形术。结果对所有患者随访3—12个月，其内眦赘皮均得到纠正，无复发，瘢痕不明显，重睑外形较美观自然。结论改良M成形与重睑成形术同期实施效果稳定，适用于矫正轻中度内眦赘皮，是一种简单、有效的手术方式。

Objective To explore the effect of double eyelid operation combined with modified M-plasty on epicanthoplasty. Methods From December 2008 to March 2011, 69 patients （ 138 eyes） with single eyelid and epicanthus were operated by modified M-plasty and double-eyelid blepharoplasty. Results All patients were followed up for three months to one year. The epicanthus of the 138 eyes being operated were corrected and shaped stable, the scar was not obvious, the appearances of upper eyelid fold were beautiful and natural. Conclusion Combined with the double-eyelid blepharoplasty, the effect of the M-shaped epicanthoplasty is stable. It is a simple and effective method, which is suitable in rectifying epicanthus of low-grade and middlegrade.
