不同治疗周期染料激光对兔耳增生性瘢痕硬度的影响 被引量:5

The effect of vbeam dye laser on hypertrophic scar of rabbit ears in different treatment period

摘要 目的探讨Vbeam染料激光治疗兔耳增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法建立兔耳增生性瘢痕模型45个,随机分为3组:A组(1周治疗组)、B组(2周治疗组)和C组(对照组),每组15个。A组和B组采用Vbeam脉冲染料激光进行治疗,A组每周照射治疗1次;B组每两周照射治疗1次;对照组不进行治疗。3组模型均分别于上皮化后激光照射治疗前15min和治疗的第3、5、7、9、11周进行硬度测量,并进行对比分析。结果兔耳增生性瘢痕形成后,其硬度不断增加,于上皮化后7周左右达到峰值,然后呈缓慢下降趋势;B组硬度峰值较对照组低,其差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);A组与对照组比较,其差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而A组和B组硬度变化规律其差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论Vbeam脉冲染料激光具有明显抑制瘢痕增生的作用,其治疗周期以两周治疗1次较为合适。 Objective To explore the effect of Vbeam dye laser treatment on hypertrophic scar of rabbit ears. Methods To established the 45 models of side hypertrophic scar in rabbit ears, and they were randomly divided into three groups: A (group 1 week treatment group), B (2 weeks treatment group) and C (control group). Group A and B used Vbeam pulsed dye laser treatment, and Group A group received radiation therapy every week; Group B received radiation treatment every 2 weeks; control group without treatment. The hardness of three models were measured before 15 minutes of laser treatment and 3, 5,7, 9, 11 week after epithelialization respectively, and done comparative analysis. Results After formation of rabbit ear hypertrophic scar, the degree of hardness increased, achieved the peak after epidermis about the seventh week, then showed a slowly downward trend; the peak hardness of Group B is lower than that in the control group, a statistically significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Group A compared with the control group, there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ), there was no significant difference between Group A and B ( P〉 0.05). Conclusion Vbeam pulsed dye laser had a significant role in inhibiting scar formation, the treatment every 2 weeks is more appropriate.
