文蛤(Meretrix meretrix)体内氨基脲含量与环境相关性研究 被引量:7

STUDY ON THE CORRELATION BETWEEN SEMICARBAZIDE IN CLAM MERETRIX MERETRIX AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法进行了文蛤体内氨基脲含量与环境相关性研究。在(13±1)℃的水温条件下,将文蛤分别浸浴于氨基脲浓度1.0μg/L、5.0μg/L的海水中6天进行吸收试验,第7天起隔天换水进行消除试验,结果表明:文蛤对水体中氨基脲的富集能力较低,蓄积量随时间的延长和给药浓度的增加而增加。氨基脲在不同浓度中具有相似的消除规律:初始阶段均具有较高的消除速率,随后消除趋势趋于平缓,并在一段时间内维持一定质量分数;至试验结束时,低浓度组和高浓度组文蛤体内氨基脲最终降低至低于检出限(0.5μg/kg);本研究所得的药时曲线对贝类氨基脲污染的净化提供了数据支持。 Accumulation and elimination of semicarbazide (SEM) in clams under laboratory conditions were studied using ultra performance liquid chromatogram tandom mass chromatogram in this work. The clams Meretrix meretrix were divided randomly, then exposed to seawater containing 1.0μg/L, 5.0μg/L semicarbazide for 6d at (13±1)℃. After the exposure, these clams were placed into clean water for the subsequent elimination experiment. The results showed that the accumulation and elimination processes were dynamic, and the clams had low ability to accumulate semicarbazide in aquatic system, and the bioaccumulation factors were low. The accumulation in the clams was different in the waters that had different semicarbazide concentrations, and higher concentration led to greater accumulation at the same exposure time. The accumulation of semicarbazide increased with exposure time, and reached an apparent equilibrium in 6d. The absorption half-life of semicarbazide was 33.8h and 66.6h at the concentrations of 1.0μg/L and 5.0μg/L, respectively. In comparison, elimination of semicarbazide was similar in different concentrations of semicarbazide. We found that the semicarbazide concentration decreased quickly in the beginning, then the elimination trends started to level off and maintained a certain concentration fraction in certain period. Semicarbazide concentration in clams was below 0.5μg/kg at the end of the experiment for both exposure concentrations, and the accumulation and elimination curves of semicarbazide in clams provided useful information for studying decontamination of seashells that have semicarbazide contamination.
