怡康灵胶囊对急性水肿型胰腺炎的TNF-α、IL-6影响

Effect of Chinese medicine Yi Kang Ling capsule on the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in acute edematous pancreatitis

目的:怡康灵胶囊对急性水肿型胰腺炎(AEP,acute edematous pancreatitis)患者的TNF-α(tumor necrosis factor-α)和IL-6(interleukin-6)影响。方法:30例AEP患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各15例。治疗组常规治疗基础上加用怡康灵治疗,对照组常规治疗。7d为一个疗程,于一个疗程前后检测血、尿淀粉酶变化和TNF-α、IL-6的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05),但痊愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。TNF-α,IL-6:治疗组治疗后分别明显低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论:怡康灵胶囊在AEP的治疗中能提高患者的治疗疗效,并能抑制患者TNF-α、IL-6,加速患者TNF-α、IL-6的恢复。

Objective： To study the effect of Chinese medicine Yi Kang Ling capsule on the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in acute edematous pancreatitis（AEP）.Methods： Thirty cases of AEP were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group with 15 in each.The treatment group was given the routine therapy and Yi Kang Ling capsule,and the control group was given the routine therapy.The levels of urine analysis,blood analysis,TNFα and IL-6 in both groups were determined before and after a course of the treatment（seven days）.Results ： The cure rate and total efficient rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than those of the control group（P0.05）.The blood analysis after a course of the treatment showed the treatment group is obviously lower than the control group（P0.05）.The TNFα and IL-6 levels after a course of the treatment showed the treatment group was obviously lower than the control（P0.05）.Conclusion： Yi Kang Ling capsule can inhibit TNF-α and IL-6 in AEP.
