摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀在上颌窦穿刺护理中的应用效果。方法:将在我院耳鼻喉门诊行上颌窦穿刺术的患者共300例,按就诊时间先后分为两组,实施人文关怀护理前组为2011年1~6月就诊的150例患者,实施人文关怀护理后组为7~12月就诊的150例患者。操作结束后让患者以不记名的方式填写本科室制定的满意度调查问卷,比较满意度。结果:病人对护理的满意度由上半年的93.1%提高到下半年的99.1%。结论:在耳鼻喉门诊上颌窦穿刺过程中实施人文关怀护理,可以明显提高患者对护理的满意度,从而改善护患、医患关系。
Objective:To investigate the effect of humanistic care on the nursing in maxillary sinus puncture.Methods:A total of 300 cases of maxillary sinus puncture were divided into two groups:the beforehumanistic-care-nursing group which came to the hospital from Jan.to June in 2011,and the after humanistic-care-nursing group which came to the hospital from July to Dec.All the patients of both groups were asked to fill out the questionnaire which was made by the otolaryngological department and which was collected through ballot,and the data obtained henceforth was used to assess the satisfaction of the patients of both groups.Result:The patient satisfaction towards the nursing raised from 93.1 in the first half of the year to 99.1 in the second half of the year.Conclusion:The doctor-cilent and the nurse-cilent relationship obviously improves after the application of humanistic care in the nursing in maxillary sinus puncture patients.
