摘要 目的:应用64层螺旋CT血管成像技术观察双肾动脉的起始位置及解剖变异,为泌尿外科提供肾动脉的解剖学资料。方法:回顾性分析300例腹部增强扫描患者的肾动脉影像资料,所有资料行肾动脉CT血管重建(M IP和VR),着重观察双侧肾动脉的起始位置及解剖变异情况,所得数据资料按性别及侧别进行统计学分析。结果:300例患者的肾动脉起始及变异均清晰显示。其中两支型肾动脉31例(10.33%);肾动脉发生变异者125例,变异率为41.67%;性别、左右肾之间肾动脉变异发生率均无显著性差异。双侧肾动脉开口多集中在第1腰椎下1/3至第2腰椎上1/3水平之间,其中45.72%右肾动脉开口高于左侧,有40.89%双肾动脉开口在同一水平。结论:肾动脉的起始位置及解剖变异类型表现多样,64层螺旋CTA可以很好的显示其改变。 Objective: To observe the origin and variation of renal artery by using 64-slice spiral computed tomography angiography in an attempt to provide renal artery information on the urological anatomy.Methods:The renal artery image data of 300 cases of abdomen enhanced CT were retrospectively reviewed,all the renal artery data were reconstructed(MIPorVR),with an emphasis on observing the origin and anatomical variation of bilateral renal artery.The collected data were grouped according to gender and side,and then analyzed correlatively.Results:The renal artery starting and variations in 300 cases were clearly observed,and 31 cases of double-renal-artery were founded(10.33%),and 125 cases showed renal artery variation,with the variation ratio of 41.67%;No statistical difference of variation incidence was found between male and female,nor between the left and right kidneys.Most of bilateral renal artery originated between the upper third of the first lumbar vertebra and the lower third of second lumbar vertebra,The right renal artery ostium was located superior to the left one in 45.72% of the cases,and in the other 40.89%,the renal artery ostia of both sides were at the same level.Conclusion:The origin and the type of variation of the renal artery show variety,and we can use 64 MSCTA for characteristics of its variants.
