With the development of economic society, the efforts to increase higher education have being strengthened further. As the number of graduates has increased in recent years, the employment condition is becoming serious. Employment is the basis of people＇ s livelihood and harmonious society. The difficulties for university students＇ employment has become one of the focuses of the social concern. This article analyzes current situation of university students＇ employment, then discusses reasons and put forward to some countermeasures.
