摘要
改革开放以来,国内学者围绕小学教师工作满意度的测量工具、影响因素、总体状况和提升策略等方面开展了积极的研究,并取得了一些重要的成果,为后续者开展相关研究提供了理论依据和借鉴思路。但现有研究在研究数量、研究对象和研究方法等方面仍存一些不足,在一定程度上影响了该领域研究的深入开展。进一步加强小学教师工作满意度研究,应注重研究方法的多样化、研究视角的多元化和研究工具的本土化。
Since the initiation of Reform and Opening - up in China, Domestic scholars did lots of positive research concerning the aspects of the primary school teachers'job satisfaction measurement tools, influencing factors, the overall situation and enhancing strategies, and made ?? some important results which were the theoretical basis and consulting ideas for related researches carried out by the successor. However, there still exist some shortcomings such as the amount of the research, research objects, research methods and research conclusion, which affected the research in this field in depth. The research of further enhancing job satisfaction of primary school teachers should focus on the diversity of research methods, the diversity of research perspectives and the localization of research tools.
