针刺、康复手法结合生物反馈治疗中风后肩关节半脱位36例疗效观察

Treatment of shoulder subluxation after stroke with acupuncture,rehabilitation techniques combined with biofeedback

目的观察针刺、康复手法结合生物反馈对中风后肩关节半脱位患者肩峰与肱骨头间隙的影响及临床疗效。方法将69例中风后肩关节半脱位患者随机分为2组,对照组33例予针刺治疗,治疗组36例在对照组治疗基础上加康复手法及生物反馈治疗。2组均7 d为1个疗程,4个疗程后观察2组治疗前后肩峰与肱骨头间隙变化情况,并统计临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后肩峰与肱骨头间隙均较本组治疗前缩小(P<0.05),且治疗组缩小更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组显效率55.56%,对照组显效率24.24%,2组显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论针刺、康复手法结合生物反馈疗法可有效缩小中风后肩关节半脱位患者肩峰与肱骨头间隙,降低致残率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture,rehabilitation techniques combined with biofeedback on the treatment of shoulder subluxation.Methods 69 cases of shoulder subluxation after stroke were randomly divided into two groups,Patients in control group（n=33） were treated by acupuncture and rehabilitation techniques.36 patients in treatment group were treated by biofeedback combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation techniques.The course was 7 d in two groups.After four treatment courses groups the status of the space between acromion and the humeral head was observed.Results Gap between acromion and the humeral head was narrowed after treatment in two groups compared with those before treatment（P0.05）,and their gap in the treatment group significantly reduced（P0.05）.Efficiency difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）,of the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture,rehabilitation techniques combined with biofeedback can effectively reduce the space between acromion and the humeral head,reduce morbidity of patients with shoulder subluxation after stroke of,improve patient quality of life.
