芦荟凝胶对变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻黏膜变态反应的影响

Effect of aloe gelatin on the allergic reaction in nasal mucosa of rats with allergic rhinitis

目的 观察芦荟凝胶（AL）对变应性鼻炎（AR）大鼠的治疗作用.方法 选取60只SD大鼠,随机分为5组（每组n=12）：正常对照组（NC组）,AR组,AL 100 mg·kg^1·d^-1组（AL1组）,AL 200 mg·kg^-1·d^-1组（AL2组）,AL 400 mg·kg^-1·d^-1组（AL4组）.以卵清蛋白造模为变应性鼻炎大鼠后分别给予不同剂量的药物干预,NC组药物以生理盐水替代.记录卵清蛋白攻击后30 min内大鼠抓鼻、喷嚏、流涕等变态反应症状的次数,计算大鼠行为学得分,并用组织病理学方法观察各组大鼠鼻黏膜改变.结果 与NC组相比,其他各组炎性反应增高,变态反应症状显著增多（P〈0.01）;与AR组相比,AL2组、AL4组炎性反应减轻,变态反应症状显著减少（P〈0.01）,AL1组无明显统计学差异（P＞0.05）.结论 当AL剂量为200～400 mg·kg^-1·d^-1时,可有效减轻AR大鼠变态反应症状及鼻黏膜炎性反应.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of aloe gelatin on rats with allergic rhinitis （AR）. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomized into five groups （n = 12 each） ： NC group, AR group, AL, group （AL 100mg·kg^-1·d^-1）, AL2group （AL200mg·kg^-1·d^-1） and AL4 group （AL400 mg·kg^-1·d^-1）. Following the establishment of AR model of by ovalbumin challenge, aloe gelatin at different doses was given to the AR rats for intervention, and saline was injected in NC group. The times of allergy symptoms within 30 min after ovalbumin challenge, such as nose scratching, sneezing, and a running nose, etc. were recorded to calculate the ethological scores of rats and the changes in nasal mucosa of each group were observed by histopathological method. Results Compared with NC group, the inflammatory reactions in the other groups were elevated and allergy symptoms significantly increased （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Compared with AR group, the inflammatory reactions in AL2 group and AL4 group were attenuated and allergy symptoms were significantly relieved （P 〈 0.01 ）, while AL1 group had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion AL at a dose of 200 - 400 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 can effectively relieve allergy symptoms and the inflammatory reactions of nasal mucosa in AR rats.
