他克莫司软膏联合雷公藤多甙治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of tacrolimus ointment in combination with tripterygium glycosides in the treatment of hormone -dependent facial dermatitis

目的 评价他克莫司软膏联合雷公藤多甙治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效.方法 治疗组35例,外用0.1%他克莫司软膏,每日2次,并口服雷公藤多甙20 mg,每日3次;对照组35例,外用0.1%他克莫司软膏.2组均治疗4周后观察疗效.结果 治疗组、对照组有效率分别为80.0%、57.1%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.2组治疗后积分均降低,治疗前后积分比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,治疗组治疗后积分低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 他克莫司软膏联合雷公藤多甙治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎效果较好,可供临床选择.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of tacrolimus ointment and tripterygium glycosides on hormone -dependent facial dermatitis. Methods The treatment group （n = 35 ） were treated with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment on the skin twice a day and oral administration of tripterygium glycosides 20 mg 3 times a day ; the control group were treated with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment on the skin twice daily. The therapeutic efficacies in the two groups were observed 4 weeks later. Results Total efficacy rate of treatment group and control group was 80.0% and 57.1%, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The sum - scores decreased in both groups at the end of treatment, with statistical differences in comparison with the sum - scores before the treatment （P 〈 0.01 ） , and the sum - scores were lower in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment in combination with tripterygium glycosides is effective in the treatment of hormone - dependent facial dermatitis and can be applicable in clinical practice.
