苯二氮[艹卓]受体与异氟烷遗忘作用关系的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 通过观察氟马西尼对异氟烷遗忘作用的影响,揭示异氟烷遗忘机制与苯二氮[艹卓]受体的关系.方法 将48只小鼠随机分成6组,采用避暗实验观察腹腔注射不同剂量氟马西尼(0.5、1.0 mg/kg)对异氟烷处理小鼠步入潜伏期和错误次数的影响.结果 与生理盐水组相比,氟马西尼单用组小鼠的步入潜伏期和错误次数均无明显差异(P〉0.05);异氟烷单用或合用组步入潜伏期明显缩短(P〈0.05),错误次数明显增加(P〈0.05 或P〈0.01).与异氟烷组相比,两药合用组步入潜伏期和错误次数均无统计学差异(P〉0.05).结论 氟马西尼对异氟烷遗忘作用无明显影响,提示异氟烷遗忘作用与苯二氮[艹卓]受体关系不大. Objective To investigate the effect of flumazenil on the isoflurane - induced amnesia and to reveal the relationship between benzodiazepine receptor and the mechanism of isoflurane - induced amnesia. Methods 48 mice were randomized into six groups. The effects of intraperitoneal injection of different doses of flumazenil (0.5, 1.0 mg/ kg) on the step -through latency and error times were observed in mice treated with isoflurane (0.2 mL/kg). Results Compared with the normal saline group, the step - through latency and error times had no statistical differences in the flumazenil groups (P 〈 0.05 ) ; the isoflurance group and the isoflurance - flumazenil combination groups showed reduced step - through latency ( P 〈 O. 05 ) and elevated error times ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the isoflurance group, no statistical differences in step - through latency and error times were observed between the isoflurance group and the isoflurance - flumazenil combination groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Flumazenil has no significant influence on the isoflurance -induced amnesia, suggesting that the isoflurance -induced amnesia is not related to benzodiazepine receptor.
