摘要
研究了不同组分复合CMA融雪剂对碳钢的腐蚀率和融冰能力,研究了亚硝酸钠对腐蚀率的影响,结果表明,亚硝酸盐的加入对碳钢的腐蚀有良好的抑制作用,腐蚀率随亚硝酸钠加入量的增加而降低,复合融雪剂中加入5%的亚硝酸钠,将大幅度降低其腐蚀率(X=0.09),复合组分为MgCl2∶MgAC2∶CaAC2∶NaNO2=66.5∶19∶9.5∶5(质量比)的复合CMA融雪剂,是兼具高融冰能力和低碳钢腐蚀率的环保型融雪剂,依据国家标准(GB/T 23851-2009)道路除冰融雪剂,经检测产品质量高于国家标准。
The corrosion rate of carbon steel and the ice-melting ability of composite calcium magnesium acetate(CMA) with different component proportion were studied.The influence of sodium nitrite on corrosion rate was also investigated.The results showed that the addition of nitrite inhibited the corrosion rate of carbon steel and the corrosion rate decreased with the increase of adding amount of sodium nitrite.When the addition amount of sodium nitrite was 5%,the corrosion rate(X=0.09) reduced largely.Composite calcium magnesium acetate(CMA) containing MgCl2∶MgAC2∶CaAC2∶NaNO2=66.5∶19∶9.5∶5(mass ratio) is an environmental-friendly deicer which has the advantages of low corrosion and high ice-melting performance.According to the test based on national standards "Salt of ice and snow melting for road"(GB/T 23851-2009),the product quality is higher than the national standard.
